Obtaining the trust, respect and obedience that you want from your dog is about being fair and requires consistency, rules/boundaries and equal amount of excercise, play and love.

Does your dog sit the first time you tell him/her? Is your dog being destructive at home? Or maybe your best freind is displaying some aggression issues... Excercise is extremely important to keeping your dog happy and balanced and it is the best way to help establish the bond between you. Yes, your dog does need to be walked everyday... it always amazes me when someone says to me "so, we have to walk him everyday?" Yes! How would you feel if you were made to stay in the same room everyday, maybe let out in the same old backyard for a few minutes, you'd probably go crazy! This is a common reason for dogs to become destructive - they're frustrated and have to try to find someway to entertain themselves. Your dog needs to be challenged and stimulated mentally and physically! Now, sometimes we get busy with other things in our lives and that's what Tail Wags is here for. I can help you give your dog the extra exercise you might not be able to give right now.

Always remember... Exercise, discipline and then affection and always be a calm pack leader!

I do not beleive in a dog that cannot be helped nor have I met one yet!
